TODAY, Producer, director and Bollywood actor Rakesh Roshan turns 63 who born in a Punjabi family in 1949.
Roshan debuted as an actor in the film GHAR GHAR KI KAHANI in 1970 and then acted in several other films like KHEL KHEL MEIN, KHOOBSURAT, BHAGWAN DADA, KHOON BHARI MAANG, AKELE HUM AKELE TUM.
Roshan set up his own production house Filmkraft in 1980 and produced their first film AAP KE DEEWANE in the same year. Roshan's son Hrithik Roshan is one of the most successful Bollywood stars of current generation and Roshan's brother Rajesh Roshan is a well-known music director.
He made his directorial debut in 1987 with the film KHUDGARZ. Later he directed a few hit films like KISHEN KANHAIYA, KARAN ARJUN, KAHO NAA... PYAAR HAI, KOI... MIL GAYA.
