TERESA PALMER AND MARK WEBBER ARE GETTING ENGAGED NOW

Summer lovin' is in full swing as Teresa Palmer and Mark Webber recently decided to get hitched.

The "Warm Bodies" star's rep confirmed the news. Her soon-to-be groom is also in the biz, known for roles in films including "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World."

After having met on Twitter last September, the happy couple will spend their time between Adelaide, Australia and L.A., where the 33-year-old actor's son, Isaac, lives with them.

Stoked to be a bride, Teresa tweeted, "I think I've said the word "fiancé" over 100 times in the last few hours. It sounds so nice.

TODAY Kishore Kumar TURNS 84 who born as Abhas Kumar Ganguly on 4th, August 1929 – and died on 13 October 1987, was a popular Indian film playback singer. He is also known as an actor, lyricist, composer, producer, director, screenplay writer and scriptwriter. Kishore Kumar sang in many Indian languages including Bengali, Hindi, Marathi, Assamese, Gujarati, Kannada, Bhojpuri, Malayalam, Oriya, and Urdu. He won 8 Filmfare Awards for Best Male Playback Singer and holds the record for most number of Filmfare Awards won in that category.

Kishore Kumar was born into the Bengali Ganguly family in Khandwa, Central Provinces and Berar (now in Madhya Pradesh) as Abhas Kumar Ganguly. His father Kunjalal Ganguly (Gangopadhyay) was a lawyer. His mother Gouri Devi came from a wealthy Bengali family. Kishore was the youngest of four siblings, the other three being Ashok Kumar (the eldest), Sati Devi, and Anoop Kumar.

Kishore Kumar's first film as an actor was Shikari (1946), in which Ashok Kumar played the lead role. Music director Khemchand Prakash gave Kishore Kumar a chance to sing "Marne ki duayen kyon mangu" for the film Ziddi (1948). After this, Kishore Kumar got many other assignments, but he was not very serious about a film career.

In 1949, he decided to settle in Mumbai.

n 1970s and 1980s, Kishore Kumar sang for Rajesh Khanna, Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Jeetendra, Sanjeev Kumar, Dev Anand, Shashi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Deol, Anil Kapoor, Vinod Khanna, Rakesh Roshan, Dilip Kumar, Pran, Vinod Mehra, Chunky Pandey, Kumar Gaurav, Govinda and Jackie Shroff.

Kishore Kumar married four times.

AJAY AND KAREENA IN A SPARKLING ROMANCE MOOD IN SATYAGRAHA

After sizzling as lead pairs in OMKARA and GOLMAAL, Superstars Ajay Devgan and Kareena Kapoor have been paired with each other in SATYAGRAHA.

Whenever Ajay Devgan and Kareena Kapoor have been paired together, audiences and critics have given them a huge thumbs up. Both OMKARA and GOLMAAL RETURNS were huge hits and this 'jodi' is back to sizzle the silver screen in Prakash Jha's next titled SATYAGRAHA. Ajay says, 'I love the music of the film. The romantic song is one of my favorite songs from the album. The music is fabulous. I am very sure that when people will hear the music of the film, they will love it. But you know you pick your favourites. For me, if you ask me, it's 'Raghupati' and the romantic song.'

Kareena Kapoor adds, 'My personal choice is the romantic track because it's just penned so beautifully. The Instruments have come out so well and it's a beautiful emotional song in the film.'

PRINCE GEORGE'S CAMBRIDGE BIRTH CERTIFICATE

 

Ever since the birth of their first child, Prince George of Cambridge on July 22nd, Prince William and Kate Middleton have been excited about building their family together.

And earlier today (August 2), the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge formally registered their little guy’s arrival with an official birth certificate.

Given that William was busy with official duties, a registrar from Westminster Council paid a visit and served as the witness to his signature.

The 31-year-old Prince listed his wife as “Catherine Elizabeth," and stated that their occupations are “Prince and Princess of the United Kingdom."

It's funny because before I had really expanded my horizons and allowed people to see me in different characters, everything I got was in the same world, this high school team fun vibe. HRITHIK & KAREENA IN KARAN JOHAR'S "SHUDDHI"

There have been speculations about the star cast of "SHUDDHI" for a long time now. Finally Hrithik and Kareena have been finalized for the role.

The Director-Producer duo seems to be on a winning track after the huge success of AGNEEPATH, once again they both are back with SHUDDHI.

Says Karan Johar, "I'm excited to see Hrithik and Kareena back after 12 years."

Karan Johar says, "When Karan (Malhotra) came to me with SHUDDHI, his desire was to cast Hrithik and Kareena. I spoke to both of them and they were happy to be on board. The film is an intense love story and because it has a reincarnation theme, he has written a script that is dramatic and outstanding. Also, such a theme requires actors who can bring the desired intensity. To me, it is really an important casting. But I don't look at it as a coup. Kareena is beautiful, talented and a powerhouse performer. And Hrithik, well, what can I say? He can melt a nation just with his eyes."

Switching paths in his busy life, Simon Cowell could be getting ready to welcome a little tike.

According to Us Weekly, the “X Factor” creator is reportedly expecting a baby with his friend Andrew Silverman’s wife, Lauren.

The tab continues that the New York socialite plans to leave her hubby for Simon because she is close to 10 weeks along in her pregnancy.

KATRINA KAIF'S LOSS IS DEEPIKA PADUKONE'S GAIN

Putting an end to all speculations, now it is confirmed that Deepika Padukone will be paired opposite Shahrukh Khan in his next home production HAPPY NEW YEAR. The film is directed by Farah Khan.

It was believed that Katrina Kaif was the first choice for the film, but due date problems she couldn't make it. Reportedly the actress has recently signed two film- Kabir Khan's next with Saif Ali Khan and Abhishek Kapoor's next opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.

For Deepika Padukone is like coming back to home, the actress who made her grand debut with Farah Khan's OM SHANTI OM and more than half a decade after her debut film, Deepika Padukone is pairing up with Shahrukh Khan again in CHENNAI EXPRESS.

As per the latest buzz, the film required SRK's heroine to speak fluent Marathi and probably, Katrina would have needed a long period of intense speech practice to sound like a prefect Marathi girl.

Katrina Kaif is currently busy shooting for her upcoming films DHOOM3 and BANG BANG, which will release later next year.
