SNOOKI CLAIMS PERFUME COMPANY RIPPED OFF HER SPECIAL SCENT

Has Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi been snookered? The reality TV star says a perfume company has stolen the scent of her own self-titled fragrance, “Snooki.”

The pint-sized Jersey mom is suing Excell Brands for $2.4 million, claiming it marketed a fragrance it calls “Snazzy”—something that she says smells like “Snooki” and reeks of a rip-off.

The former "Jersey Shore" star says “Snazzy” is so shameless about its trademark infringement, it even owns up to it on the box -- calling itself "our version of ‘Snooki ‘by Nicole Polizzi."

Snooks now wants a court to order Excell to stop selling “Snazzy” immediately, and she wants millions in damages. Excell has yet to comment publicly on the allegations.

BOSS AKSHAY KUMAR CONTROLS MAYHEM IN DELHI

The macho Akshay Kumar has been shooting for the most awaited action comedy of the year BOSS and he is going all out with this film in terms of action and comedy.

The team of BOSS just finished shooting in Delhi and some of the toughest action sequences were shot in the bustling Chandni Chowk and Jama Masjid. It is one of the most populated areas of the city which made the crew members have a tough time.

The crew had to manage a large crowd that turned up to witness the BOSS Kumar in action. Naturally, this created a nightmare for the crew to manage the number of people and also ensure the shoot to progress smoothly. And when the BOSS realized the chaos created by the crowd for shooting, he decided to do his own bit for controlling the crowd.

A crew member says, "The shootings were happening all day long and thousands had come to see their favorite star in flesh and blood. Even the 100 odd private security personnel and many more policemen couldn't control the crowd. After every break, Akshay had to literally wave to the audience and request them to calm down. At Chandni Chowk, he actually walked through the thousands of people who had come to see him into his car."

Needless to say, Akshay emerged as a saviour for the crew members.

Directed by Anthony D'souza, the film stars Akshay Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty, Shiv Pandit, Aditi Rao Hydari along with Danny Denzongpa, Ronit Roy, Johnny Lever.

BRITNEY SPEARS POSED A COUNTDOWN CLOCK ON HER WEBSITE WITH THE SIMPLE TEXT "ALL EYES ON ME."

Britney Spears posed a countdown clock on her website with the simple text “All Eyes on Me.” today morning.

Could this be a tell-tale sign on the singer’s newest single? Or album? Whatever it is, it is set to debut on 9:30 a.m. EST on September 17.

Britney teased fans last week explaining that her new album will arrive “MUCH sooner than you think.” Her latest track “Ooh La La” is featured in the animated flick “Smurfs 2” and during the film’s promotions, Spears said she was working on some new tracks.

Earlier this week, producer Naughty Boy also dished about the “Baby One More Time” singer’s new project, and said, “It's not out for another couple of weeks, but we've just started working on tracks for her until the studio session."

URVASHI SHARMA PREGNANT WITH HER FIRST CHILD

ALYSON HANNIGAN GRANTED TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER

Concerned for her family and her own safety, Alyson Hannigan was granted a temporary restraining order against a former mental patient.

According to reports from TMZ, the "How I Met Your Mother" star has been threatened by John Hobbs via Facebook and MySpace, as well as through her own website.

In court papers, the mother-of-two alleges the perpetrator is "mentally unstable and was recently discharged from a mental hospital."

The order covers Ms. Hannigan, her husband, and their two young children. Another hearing on the matter is scheduled for March 6.

The “Struck By Lightning” babe got all done up in an orange vest with a matching hard hat and pink gloves as she shot scenes in Los Angeles.

Given that Sarah’s character Haley is growing up, co-creator Steven Levitan told press she won’t be in such heavy rotation this season.

He explained, “We see her the same way that I see my daughter, who is off to college, through video chat and FaceTime and all that, and then there are some episodes where she's gone, because that's part of life.”

It looks like art will be imitating life when Katie Holmes begins filming a new movie in which she plays a single mother.

According to a report, the “Dawson’s Creek” darling will star in “Molly,” a project she also co-wrote and will share producing duties as well.

The plot of “Molly” is said to be centered on a single mother and her daughter, which is interesting given that Katie recently filed for divorce from Tom Cruise and is seeking sole custody of their little girl Suri .

And most of the divorce details will likely be kept under wraps. An insider told press, “Neither of them wants this to be hashed out in public.”

HAILEE STEINFELD ON THE SET OF "CAN A SONG SAVE YOUR LIFE" IN NEW YORK CITY

On-set her latest film, Hailee Steinfeld was seen working for "Can a Song Save Your Life?" in New York City.

The 15-year-old "True Grit" actress looked a lot older in a tied-up purple leopard tank top and short shorts as she ran around a corner in East Village in a pair of black ankle boots with her "Avengers" co-star hot on her heels.
